TINA LEMAR       
                      Practicing yoga since 1993. Teaching yoga since
                      1996.  Tina carries a BFA from Temple University,
                      Philadelphia, PA and an MA in Education from
                      the University of the Arts, also in Philadelphia. Her
                      Masters degree specializes in the use of yoga and
                      meditation to access mental imagery and therefore
enhance creativity, with additional research in using yoga  and meditation to
reduce the characteristics of ADD/ADHD, addiction, neurological disorders
and autism in children and adults.  

Tina’s formal training is in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga styles and she is a
certified member and teacher trainer of the international Yoga Alliance. She
is considered an expert in the physiology and neurology of yoga and
meditation based on her thesis research. Tina runs two yoga studios in
Media, PA and Columbus, NJ.  She is also the Editor in Chief of the online
publication, “Yoga Bean Magazine.” Additionally, she teaches several
private yoga classes which include working with individuals with ADD or
ADHD, addiction, autism, anxiety and panic disorder, and chronic injury.



                   
BRYN RICHARD
                   Bryn Richard is a licensed landscape architect in
                   Pennsylvania who received her Masters degree in
                   Landscape Architecture from the University of
                   Pennsylvania.  She started her own firm, Blue Trillium,
in 2006 and primarily does sustainable landscape design at the residential
level.  She is also an active volunteer with her local watershed association
and is helping start a sustainable community group.  When not designing
landscapes, working in her own garden, or doing yoga, Bryn enjoys
spending time with her husband, dog and 5 cats, reading, and renovating

MIRIAM SOPHIE
                                Miriam Sophie and Deivis Karaliunas have spent
                                many years trying to define the world and reality
                                from different perspectives and shifting
                                coordinates. They variously work in yoga, shiatsu,
translation, writing, and language teaching.



                   DR. JOSEPH RUSSO
                  Dr. Russo is a residency trained and board certified family
                  Practioner with many years of private practice and
                  institutional experience. He has served as a county Health
                  Officer and in association with state and federal departments of
public health he has created public health policy.  Dr. Russo has also served
as medical director of various medical clinics throughout his career.
Additionally, he volunteers his time for third world medicine needs and he
has been active in alternative medicine research.



                              
ALIX SHUTELLO
                              Alix Shutello has been writing on green issues for
                              over 15 years. Her work has been published in
                              The Washington Post, Plenty Magazine, and
Vanity Fair. Ms. Shutello was the managing editor of Rural Matters
Magazine and contributing writer for The Editorial Eye. Ms. Shutello now
writes for her own blog, Green Eggs and Tight Hams – a blog on running

on her first international thriller about oil discovery in Ecuador.
